Our Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and last minute rescheduling affects our therapists and potential clients, for that reason we have these policies in place.

To notify our staff of cancellations, or to reschedule an appointment, you may call or text us at (906) 869-0457. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, you may leave a voicemail or send us a text message to notify us of a need to modify you’re appointment.

*CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE 24-HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT*

50% of the value of your booked service may be charged for failure to notify of a cancellation or reschedule within this time frame. This fee will be charged to the credit card retained to book your appointment or will be required to be paid before booking another session at Sage & Spry.

We do our best to remind our clients of their appointments via text message & email reminders.

For Late Arrivals: A fee will not be charged, but your appointment will end at the previously scheduled time.

For Emergencies: When it comes to emergencies, bad weather, sickness occurring, etc. we understand the need to cancel for your safety and well-being and that of our staff. You will not be charged for cancelling under certain circumstances, but we do appreciate notice of need to cancel as soon as possible. 

We keep a waitlist & if we are able to fill the appointment after a last-minute cancellation or reschedule, you will not be charged a fee.
