All my products are homemade with quality ingredients and a lot of love. I began making my own products while in school for Wellness Coaching. It began as Christmas gifts and has evolved into what you see today. I took an interest in the healing properties of herbs in my Eastern and Western Herbology Classes and found a way to harness them in my products. As a Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach, promoting Self-Care is a passion of mine. I know that my clients will get a lot more from their massages if they practice self-care at home. Two of my favorite tools in promoting muscle health are Epsom Salt Baths and Arnica, which is why I found a way to produce and offer these products to my clients.

Herbal Salt Soak

Small $5 / Medium $8 / Large $15

The high levels of magnesium present in Epsom Salt absorb through your skin during a bath or foot soak, which has a relaxing effect on the body. It also helps decrease pain, and swelling, and helps improve restful sleep. My Herbal Salt Soak is a mixture of Epsom Salt, Dried Rose Petals, Lavender, and Peppermint, and Eucalyptus, Lavender, Peppermint, and Rosemary Essential Oils. The mixture proves to be soothing to your body and your senses. Add a couple scoops to your bath or foot soak and relax!

Arnica Muscle Balm

One Size - $8

Arnica is an herb that heals superficial tissue, which makes it great for healing muscle tension and bruising. I infuse organic olive oil with Arnica flowers for a minimum of two weeks, then I strain the flowers, add beeswax, White Flower Oil (a blend of Essential Oils that are soothing), and Vitamin E Oil (a nutrient that is good for the skin). I use this all the time, both personally and on my massage clients, and find it very effective.

Sugar Scrub

Small $10 / Medium $18

After many requests, I found a way to make natural Sugar Scrub. Using sugar with a Coconut and Olive Oil base, the sugar acts as an exfoliant while the oil hydrates. It great for dry skin. I currently make three different Scrubs: Peppermint Chocolate, Cinnamon Coffee, and Coconut. The Peppermint Chocolate has a nice minty feel, while protecting and nurturing the skin with the antioxidant rice cocoa powder. The Cinnamon Coffee gives off a comforting aroma, while the caffeine in the coffee acts as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant reducing swelling and puffiness and providing nutrients. The Coconut Scrub is one of my most popular as the coconut blends well with Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lavender, and Tea Tree Essential Oils to create an amazing aroma. The Coconut Oil cleanses, moisturizes, and nurtures the skin while the blend of Essential Oils helps heal, soothe, purify the skin and invigorate the senses.

Lip Balm

$3 for one (or) $5 for two

Calendula and Chamomile are two herbs that are very healing to the skin. They act as an anti-inflammatory, purifier, antioxidant, and helps soothe irritation. That's why they are the perfect base for my lip balm. Infused into Organic Olive Oil then mixed with beeswax, Vitamin E Oil, and Essential Oils, each blend provides a soothing, moisturizing, and healing effect that is perfect for dry or chapped lips. They come in four scents: Lavender Mint, Orange Spice, Eucalyptus Mint, and Lemon Rosemary.
